03 / THE ROUTE
A privately paced Everest Base Camp itinerary will include acclimatization time and a Kathmandu reserve / recovery day. Exact day-by-day stages, overnight stops, transfers, domestic flights, and contingency arrangements remain subject to the final operating plan. ALTITUDE + SAFETY This is a high-altitude journey. The itinerary includes acclimatization time, but individual response to altitude varies. Guests should arrive with appropriate fitness, travel insurance, and medical advice where relevant. Route, pace, and overnight stops may be adjusted for weather, health, trail, or aviation conditions. DOMESTIC AVIATION Mountain flights in Nepal are weather-dependent, and schedules can change. Exact departure times cannot be promised. The Kathmandu reserve / recovery day creates operational flexibility.
04 / THE COMFORT
ACCOMMODATION Kathmandu: premium hotel accommodation in a private room, with breakfast. Khumbu: carefully selected, best-available mountain lodges and teahouses appropriate to each altitude and location. Standards become simpler at higher elevations; mountain accommodation should not be compared with Kathmandu hotels. MEALS The proposed plan includes breakfast in Kathmandu and breakfast and dinner during the trek. Lunches remain flexible and payable locally unless the final operating plan confirms otherwise. Menus and availability become simpler at higher altitude. The confirmed quotation will set out the exact meal plan.
05 / MEANING AND PLACE
Tengboche is a living Buddhist center on the Everest route. Any monastery visit depends on local access and practice; a trekking route is not automatically a pilgrimage.

PROPOSED INCLUSIONS — subject to final confirmed quotation Private airport transfers in Kathmandu; premium Kathmandu accommodation; domestic mountain-sector transport or flights as specified in the final itinerary; a dedicated licensed trekking guide; porter support; trekking accommodation; meals according to the confirmed meal plan; required trekking and national park permits included in the final quotation; trip briefing; basic operational support during the journey. PRIVATE GUIDE + PORTER SUPPORT This journey is designed with a dedicated licensed trekking guide and porter support. An additional assistant guide may be arranged according to group size. Daily pacing is adjusted to acclimatization and guest condition. Exact staffing is confirmed in the proposal.
EXCLUSIONS
International airfare; Nepal visa; travel and medical insurance; emergency evacuation unless specifically included; personal equipment; alcoholic beverages and specialty drinks; personal expenses; tips and gratuities; optional helicopter upgrades unless purchased; and services not specifically listed as included. OPTIONAL HELICOPTER RETURN Guests may request a private or shared helicopter return from the Khumbu where operationally possible. Helicopter return options may be arranged subject to weather, aviation regulations, aircraft availability, and operational conditions. Landing point, route, departure time, and price are not guaranteed.
07 / WHEN TO TRAVEL
The best travel window will be advised for your dates and the final route. Mountain weather and flight operations remain variable. PRIVATE CUSTOMIZATION Possible requests include additional acclimatization days, extra monastery or cultural visits where access permits, a photography focus, a slower trekking pace, private hotel upgrades in Kathmandu, a helicopter return where operationally possible, and additional recovery days. Each option is subject to feasibility and the final proposal. PRICE ON REQUEST Each private journey is quoted according to party size, travel dates, accommodation preferences, guide and porter requirements, and optional upgrades.
